With this update, Meeting Minutes has given the speaker display interface a complete overhaul—making speaker identities clearer, more intuitive, and instantly recognizable.

Visual differentiation is now much stronger. Each speaker gets their own avatar and a distinct color label. Across all views—including the transcript area—every speaker's content block is presented with a consistent theme color and tag. When you're skimming through the record, your eyes can quickly zero in on everything a specific person said, without having to go back and forth trying to match words to faces.

Simply put: less squinting, more clarity. You'll spend less time parsing who's who, and more time actually understanding what was discussed.
